The record behind the result

Employment changes.
Your file needs context.

Reviewers need to understand what an employment record says and when it says it. A named employer, a reported status, and a record date are useful together. Fintegral’s employment verification helps lending teams bring the available work-related facts into the borrower file.

Plan verification around the stage of the loan. An initial request and a re-check closer to closing have different purposes and authorization requirements. Our team can help you confirm the workflow, supported sources, and records before you build them into your process.

01

Employer details

Bring available employer information into the review, with a clear connection to the requested verification and borrower file.

02

Status with timing

Read employment status together with its source and date. A point-in-time verification should remain understandable when another reviewer opens the file.

03

A closing re-check workflow

Discuss employment re-verification where supported. Confirm the original borrower grant, timing, and product entitlement before relying on a re-check process.

A closer look

Employment verification.
Your questions, answered.

Useful details for planning the request and reviewing the records.

Talk through your requirements
What does an employment verification show?

The returned employment facts depend on the available source and product scope. Discuss the employer details, status, timing, and supporting records your institution needs before integration.

Does employment verification also return an income amount?

The products are distinct. The current integration guide describes VOE as employment verification without an income figure. Use the appropriate income verification product when the review requires earnings evidence.

Can we re-verify employment before closing?

The platform documents an employment re-check workflow. Its use depends on the borrower’s original grant, the permitted window, product entitlement, and the original verification. Confirm those requirements for your implementation.

What happens when a record is incomplete?

Treat the available information in context and follow your institution’s exception process. A missing or incomplete record should not be read as an affirmative employment confirmation.

Make the next request a clearer one.

Bring your records, sources, and workflow requirements. We’ll help you define the verification that fits.
