Trust, by design

Confidence starts
with how you verify.

Behind every record is a person. We build verification around their authorization, the protection of sensitive information, and evidence your team can review.

A considered approach

Trust belongs
in the workflow.

Clear requests for borrowers. Defined access for your institution. Useful records for the people reviewing the file.

01 / AUTHORIZATION

A clear reason.
A clear request.

Borrower consent is tied to the purpose of the verification. The request should explain which records are needed and what the borrower is authorizing before they continue.

02 / CONTROLLED ACCESS

The right access.
For the right purpose.

Partner access is scoped to the verification product and institution. Returned results are shaped for the product requested, keeping the response focused on the work at hand.

Clear answers

Know what
you’re connecting.

Start here, then bring the questions specific to your institution.

How does borrower authorization work?

Authorization is specific to the verification and its purpose. For IRS tax transcripts, the borrower authorizes the request using IRS Form 4506-C. The required consent and records depend on the product and workflow.

Does Fintegral make the lending decision?

No. Fintegral provides verification results and supporting records. Your lending team reviews the evidence, applies your policies, and makes the lending decision.

How are connected account credentials handled?

For supported connected bank and payroll workflows, borrowers authenticate with their own institution. Fintegral does not hold or replay those institution credentials. Ask our team to confirm the connection and authorization requirements for your specific workflow.

Can our security team conduct a vendor review?

Yes. Request a security review and share your questionnaire and intended products. Our team can discuss current controls, documentation, and any requirements specific to your institution.

Which verification products does this cover?

Fintegral’s focus is IRS tax transcripts, SSA verification, verification of assets, and employment verification for U.S. lending teams. Source availability and authorization requirements vary by product.
